Applications are invited for the Young and Emerging Leaders Project (YELP) 2026. The Young and Emerging Leaders Project (YELP) is a fellowship program of the LéO Africa Institute that inducts younger thought leaders right into a fellowship program of six months. The fellowship brings collectively younger, dynamic and influential thought leaders from East Africa to coach and orient them for management centered on shaping the subsequent technology of leaders in East Africa.

The fellowship is structured round three core seminars that concentrate on three key areas: Values, Ethics & Philosophy of Leadership; Political Economy & Development; and Media, Art & Technology.
