The Love Alliance is a strategic cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Aidsfonds, UHAI EASHRI, ISDAO, GALZ, Sisonke, SANPUD, GNP+ and ARASA as a grant-making partner for Southern Africa. The Love Alliance operates from 2021-2025 with an emphasis on lobbying on HIV and sexual and reproductive health and rights for sex workers, people who use drugs (PWUD), and LGBTIQ+ persons, including individuals living with HIV.

This request for proposals is specifically for organisations operating in Southern Africa in at least one of the following countries Mozambique, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, that advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights for adolescent girls and young women, vulnerable women and adolescents. ARASA is also focusing at encouraging youth and women engagement understanding the present demographic status of the region.

The Love Alliance strives to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of critical populations in Africa through campaigning at national, global, and regional levels. The Love Alliance aims for a major reduction in HIV incidence by influencing policies, mobilising communities, and raising knowledge of health rights in 10 countries. Love Alliance brings together NGOs run by the communities which are most affected by HIV and AIDS across Africa.

The Love Alliance strives towards:
