ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates will first be evaluated against the necessary experience, education, and language requirements.

Education:

  • Candidates will need to show documentation of their academic success.
  • an administrative setting for at least three years; a bachelor’s degree; a certificate of vocational training; or a combination of education, training, and experience.

Language:

  • English at an advanced level (about C1 equivalent)
  • German at an advanced level (about C1 equivalent)

Experience:

  • experience* answering inquiries from customers and/or delivering customer support to internal or external clients
  • working in an administrative position before.
  • Experience is defined as two years’ worth of equal full-time work.

REQUIREMENTS IN RANK

  • The Rated Requirements, which relate to knowledge, abilities, and competences, are a part of the Essential Qualifications. Operational prerequisites

  • 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Employment Requirements:
