Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar subject, or eight years of relevant work experience, is the minimum requirement for experience. A minimum of five years of prior management experience in a marketing channel, a marketing program, or marketing/digital projects are further required for this job. Experience in one of the following fields is required: digital advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, SEO, sponsored search, mobile marketing, optimization, peer-to-peer marketing, and/or site product management. Experience in market research, consumer insights, and the development of novel ideas, goods, or customer experiences are preferred.

Ranging from $75,705.93 to $119,412.45 annually. applies to areas with a market comparable to our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Seattle area. Depending on where you work, a different range can be applicable. The usual salary range for hires is $85,000 to $97,500. United States is the location. Nearly 40 states are eligible to host the position.

Your experience will be applied to work that is dear to God’s heart as Senior Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34–40). Be a vital part of our 5-person team that works as part of the larger Direct to Donor Marketing division, which also includes cross-functional marketing campaigns including direct mail and email. Report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

By advancing the organization’s digital and donor marketing capabilities, you’ll play a crucial part in realizing our goal for digital marketing. As the main point of contact between that group and our team, you will represent paid digital marketing approaches in cross-functional campaign planning and execution meetings. Major marketing initiatives like Christmas, the debut of new products, and others will include you in the planning, carrying out, and reporting of these initiatives. You’ll be a thought leader in the organization’s ability to deliver digital marketing capabilities to other departments by collaborating amongst various marketing teams and channels for improved effect. Additionally, you’ll track expenses, pay bills, manage the team’s spending, and reconcile budgets.

02 How success appears

(1) As part of a cross-functional campaign planning committee, promote more integration between digital marketing and other organizational departments.

(2) Represent digital marketing methods, channels, and best practices on behalf of our team to contribute to large-scale, organization-wide marketing initiatives that are executed to the highest standard.

(3) Having open, proactive, and cooperative communication with all partners and stakeholders.

(4) Look for ways to increase our marketing effectiveness, audience reach and engagement, and cost management.

(5) Effective collaborations with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

(6) Have a clear understanding of your function and how it will develop in line with our digital vision.

03 You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related discipline, or you have 8 years of relevant job experience. A minimum of five years of prior management experience in a marketing channel, a marketing program, or marketing/digital projects are further required for this job. Experience in one of the following fields is required: digital advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, SEO, sponsored search, mobile marketing, optimization, peer-to-peer marketing, and/or site product management. This experience must span at least two years in that field.

04 We’re also looking for experience managing marketing budgets and expenses, good cross-functional cooperation abilities, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies.
