Participants in the ITL course will have access to reflective exercises based on Wedu’s unique leadership paradigm throughout the 8-week course. Additionally, they will get the chance to interact and network with students from other countries who are doing the same courses. Participants will create at least two SMART goals for their leadership development by the end of the course.

- Setting Goals and Self-Management Skills

- Get your certificate of completion and join the Wedu global leadership network of more than 5,000 supporters of gender justice.
You will also be qualified if you are an Asian participant to: - Access financial aid for school through the Future Income Sharing Agreement (depending on availability); apply to be a Rising Star to be eligible for help for your ongoing leadership development.
Eligibility
- All nationalities welcome.
- Registration is open to everyone who identifies as a woman, is at least 18 years old, and has aspirations for leadership and change.
Application
The course is going to be online. The time commitment is about 2 hours per week (or 16 hours over the course of 8 weeks).
