Requirements
- If you have lived, studied, or worked in one of these regions and know the language(s), or if you have strong ties to them, mckinsey is searching for women who:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, phd, MBA, or are currently employed professionals with at least one of these degrees.
- Prosper by collaborating with others
- Like to think creatively and solve problems, and feel at ease running individual workstreams
Program offerings
A Celebration Event
- Successful applicants will receive an invitation to an online celebration event where you may learn about Women at McKinsey Digital,
- hear from motivational women speakers,
- mingle with other chosen applicants from across EEMA,
- and network in small groups.
- Additionally, your coworkers will go over how to prepare for the assessment process, group coaching sessions where you will hear about McKinsey’s own experiences, technical interviews,
- practice solving business cases, and reflect on how to approach your interviews with a positive perspective.

SELECTION AND EVALUATION FOR The Middle East; Africa and Turkey Recruitment Program 2023
- You will have to take a digital exam (Solve, HackerRank, or Quanthub) as part of your application. This online test is meant to evaluate your level of industry expertise just and doesn’t require any prior knowledge.
- After completing you will receive a status email.
- Your specific recruiter will contact you as a Successful applicant and advanced to the preliminary interview round. Successful girls will also receive an invitation to a celebratory online event in addition to making it to the first round.
