·     Be in their final year of undergraduate or graduate school, or have recently graduated, and have the inalienable right to work in the country they are applying to.

·     New employee orientation is designed to assist you become familiar with the bank, your new colleagues, and your responsibilities. In the first few weeks you spend with us, SB wants to make sure you feel supported.
·     Learn and develop while having access to resources and opportunities that will help you reach your greatest potential. You’ll be introduced to a variety of methods to start your career, while the experience will vary based on the team or role you join.
·     Become a member of the family by getting to know individuals from all areas of the bank, meeting other students on our programs, and learning about the Standard Chartered difference.
