In order to draw the top international students from outside the European Union who are first-time candidates. And who have been admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s course offered at the University, Sciences Po established the Emile Boutmy Scholarships in honor of the institution’s founder.

Scholarship worth, components, and length:
For the three years of undergraduate studies, the Emile Boutmy Undergraduate Programme is available in a variety of packages ranging from €3,600 to €13,190.
A Masters degree
The Emile Boutmy Master’s Program is a two-year, €12,200 tuition stipend that helps with some of the costs associated with pursuing a Master’s degree.
Students who have been accepted to the Undergraduate or Master’s program and are first-time applicants from a non-European Union state whose household does not file taxes within the European Union are eligible.
This scholarship is given out in accordance with the program’s desired profile and excellence-related criteria. Social factors are also taken into consideration.
Students must state in the “Financial details” portion of their Sciences Po application that they are applying for the Emile-Boutmy scholarship. A proof of income and paperwork outlining the student’s family condition may be requested. The deadline for master’s programs is 30 November 2022, and the deadline for undergraduate programs (from foreign secondary schools) is 22 February 2023, both for the academic year 2023–2024.
