The International Olympic Committee (IOC) welcomes applications for the sixth generation of the IOC Young Leaders programme 2023-2026, supported by Worldwide Olympic Partner Panasonic. The four-year programme has a blended approach, combining virtual sessions and discussions, community spaces and learning through in-person as well as networking experiences.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Young Leaders programme 2023-2026 is delivered over four years to give participants sufficient time to go through the phases of developing a social business/project that provides a localised sport-based solution to a pressing challenge in their respective communities. Overall, the learning journey encompasses a wide range of subjects and experts, in areas such as human centred-design, prototyping, ecosystem mapping, leadership skills, customer segmentation, public relations, fundraising, impact measurement, user research, user testing, digital communications and finance.Similarly, most of the monthly learning will be online, and will include expert sessions, sharing of practical resources, connect group sessions and self-directed learning activities.
