Aya, an online platform that links the best African talent with organizations all over the world, and Coinbase Giving, a philanthropic initiative within Coinbase with the aim of enhancing economic independence, recently teamed together to support Aya’s Web3 Fellowship.

The fellowship lasts for 9 months, with 3 months of job placement/internships (for the best performers) to give you substantial professional experience and 6 months of practical instruction in your chosen field. With all components of the training being conducted digitally, the fellowship offers a fully immersive remote experience.

Requirements
- If your full-time employment gives you the freedom to commit 20 to 25 hours per week to the fellowship’s activities, you are still eligible to apply.
- The fellowship is open to all ages. Just don’t live to be over 100.
Benefits
You will have the necessary abilities to connect with companies on the aya gigs platform once you have completed the fellowship.
Structure
The opening weeks would concentrate on fundamental ideas.
Following that, you will start studying fundamental principles and putting them into practice with personal projects.
You will work with other fellows to complete engaging web3 projects during the fellowship’s final weeks.
