The Association of Northern Women Entrepreneurs with support from the Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja launches Academy for Women Entrepreneur (AWE).The Academy provides ambitious women with the information, contacts, further more, opportunities they require to start and grow profitable businesses.
AWE empowers female entrepreneurs to develop their business acumen and achieve strong and sustainable business growth. They want this to reduce inequality between the genders and close the gender pay gap.To achieve this they, have built a platform of trusted training systems, tools as well as fully trained and certified business coaches tailored for the needs of female solopreneurs, independent practitioners and microbusiness owners.

Locally, AWE uses the strength of public-private sponsors, community collaborations, and U.S. Exchange Alumni networks to support women and their companies as they expand, fostering localized prosperity in more than 80 different nations.
