Applications are open for the Frontier Fellowship Programme 2026. The Frontier Fellowship is a free 12-week, placement-first programme coaching ladies as AI Deployment Consultants and putting them straight into roles in UK SMEs.

The Frontier Fellowship shouldn’t be a classroom course. It is a structured, employer-validated programme that takes you from zero tech expertise to a paid function as an AI Deployment Consultant in 12 weeks. Every learner who completes the Fellowship walks away with a portfolio of actual AI workflows, a 4-week stay undertaking on their CV, and direct connections to employers actively hiring.

Programme Phases

• Phase 1 – Training: Learn to make use of AI instruments that companies are literally utilizing proper now, Claude, Copilot & ChatGPT. Build workflows. Map enterprise processes. Eligibility

You are eligible if you’re:

• A lady aged 18 or over
• Based in London or the North West of England
• Currently unemployed, trying to return to work, or in a job with too few hours or no method ahead
• Not in full-time training

You don’t want:

• A level
• A background in know-how
• Any prior expertise with AI instruments
