Applications are open for the Brand South Africa | Play Your Part Bursary 2026. Brand South Africa is proud to associate with One Young World to launch the Brand South Africa: Play Your Part Bursary 2026, which is able to allow six excellent younger South Africans to take part in the One Young World Summit in Cape Town from 3–6 November 2026.

This programme is for younger energetic residents who’re already contributing to optimistic change in South Africa, and who embody the spirit of Play Your Part of their communities and past. Of the six accessible bursaries, three are reserved for candidates primarily based in Cape Town and three are open to candidates throughout South Africa.

Benefits

• Access to the One Young World Summit 2026, going down from 3 – 6 November in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Travel and lodging as per requirement*.
• Catering which incorporates dinner on 3 November, and lunch and dinner on 4, 5, 6 November.
• Access to the One Young World Global Leadership Programme, Action Accelerator and lifelong membership to the One Young World Ambassador Community.

*Note that journey and lodging just isn’t offered for candidates primarily based in Cape Town. 

Eligibility

Eligible candidates should:

• Be aged 18 to 30* at the time of the One Young World Summit 2026.
• Be a South African nationwide or resident.
• Demonstrate a dedication to energetic citizenship and contributing to optimistic change in South Africa.
• Illustrate a monitor report of utilizing their time, cash, expertise, or items to profit their neighborhood or society extra broadly.
• Show an understanding of key native and/or world points dealing with South Africa.
