Applications are open for the RAY Fellowship Program 2026. Inspired by efforts to uplift underrepresented professionals in environmentally-associated sectors, the Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program goals to extend and facilitate conservation, power effectivity, and renewable power-associated profession pathways for rising leaders.

The RAY Fellowship Program is a two-12 months paid fellowship designed to equip latest school graduates with the instruments, experiences, help, and group they should grow to be leaders within the conservation and clear power sectors—one which, in our visions of the longer term, absolutely represents, contains, and is led by underrepresented communities, views, and experiences of the United States.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Have a robust curiosity within the conservation and/or clear power area(s).
• Demonstrate a dedication to fairness, environmental justice, racial justice, and social change.
• Be inside THREE years of getting obtained their undergraduate diploma (should have graduated between April 2023 and June 2026).
• Have not had a full-time job in conservation or clear power.
• Have not began a graduate diploma.
