Applications are open for the Future Voices Group Ambassadors Program 2026. Youth Futures Foundation is searching for new Future Voices Group Ambassadors!

As an Ambassador, you’ll:

• Advise Youth Futures Foundation on what they’re attempting to do and the way they do it.
• Support them in representing the tales and experiences of younger individuals who have confronted challenges in getting and preserving jobs.
• Work as part of a workforce on co-produced tasks with a view to influencing key teams within the system (particularly policymakers and employers).
• Engage in discussions, and share your concepts, with key teams together with policymakers and employers.
• Be ambassadors for Youth Futures Foundation and the youth employment problem.

Salary

• £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage), 10 hours per 30 days (with potential for added hours)

Eligibility

They are very eager to recruit younger individuals who have expertise of, or determine with, any of the next:

• Taking a ‘vocational pathway’ to work (i.e. not college)
• Currently enterprise a Level 2 or 3 apprenticeship
• Receiving Universal Credit/advantages, or partaking with the Jobcentre
• The care system (having been ‘in care’, generally referred to as being ‘looked after’)
• The justice system (having experiences with the police, courts, jail, or probation providers)
• Facing discrimination when looking for work primarily based in your race or ethnicity
• Being autistic
• Having a studying incapacity or studying difficulties
• Having a psychological well being situation
• Having a protracted-time period well being situation

They significantly welcome purposes from folks from ethnically minoritized backgrounds, particularly these of Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Black Caribbean or Black African heritage, and people with refugee or asylum seeker standing.
