Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Hive Colab Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship. Through the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship, carried out by Hive Colab in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, we help growth stage EdTech ventures which have traction and are able to scale responsibly.

The Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship is an entrepreneurship acceleration program designed to help promising African EdTech ventures. Implemented in partnership with innovation hubs and accelerators throughout Africa, the Fellowship equips ventures with important enterprise, monetary, and studying science help.

Hive Colab, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, will implement the EdTech Fellowship in Uganda over the subsequent 5 years, specializing in accountable scale that expands entry to high quality studying for underserved communities.

Requirements

The program is trying for regionally based and regionally led, growth stage EdTech ventures delivering inclusive options in Uganda.

• Locally based and regionally led enterprise with management and resolution making rooted in Uganda
• A growth stage enterprise has a working product with demonstrated traction and is able to scale supply and influence in a sustainable means.

Women led ventures and various founding groups are strongly inspired to apply.
