BLAC 2026 Internship Program – Opportunities for Youth

Program Overview
- May 18 – August 7, 2026
- Intro Week (May 18 – 22):
- Onboarding day at host company.
- Four days of digital programming introducing promoting, company roles, and business leaders.
- In Agency (May 26 – July 22):
- 8½ weeks of arms-on coaching at host businesses.
- Exposure to conferences, shopper calls, and pitches.
- Twice-weekly digital periods for skilled improvement and neighborhood constructing.
- Pitch Project (July 23 – July 31):
- Interns briefed by model representatives.
- Teams develop and pitch inventive ideas to nationwide manufacturers.
- Career Fair (August 3 – 7):
- Two days of workshops, visitor audio system, and portfolio preparation.
- Interviews and data periods with hiring businesses and types.
- May 25 (Memorial Day)
- June 19 (Juneteenth)
- July 3 (Independence Day noticed)
Eligibility Requirements
- Be not less than 18 years previous by the beginning of this system.
- Have authorization to work within the United States (no sponsorship out there).
- Be totally out there for the 12-week program, committing to 29 hours per week throughout commonplace enterprise hours.
- Relocation is not required; candidates will solely be thought-about for alternatives near them or distant placements.
- Accommodations can be found for college students ending spring semester through the first weeks.
Application Process
- Create a 2-minute video explaining why the promoting business wants their voice.
- Highlight their perspective, expertise, expertise, abilities, and artistic considering.
- Submit the video together with application responses by the deadline: February 13, 2026.
