The goal of the UPG Sustainability Leadership movement is to encourage organizations and individuals to promote sustainable citizen leadership. UPG Sustainability Leaders are at the forefront of this movement, and UPG trains over 500 of these leaders annually from all over the world to join the elite group of exceptional leaders who are changing their communities and showcasing the ability of people to make the world a more sustainable place. They have personally trained more than 25,000 persons worldwide as a result of their activities (and counting). Here is more information about UPG Sustainability Leadership.
We are assembling a varied collection of individuals who are eager to contribute to global efforts to address sustainability issues. We are not seeking for the “same” kind of persons, so please introduce yourself. We are searching for the most determined people because this chance is FREE for a select few. Those who are successful always go above and above to show that they are driven to become UPG Sustainability Leaders.
Eligibility:
Diversity among UPG Sustainability Leaders:
UPG Sustainability Leaders include the following people described below.
– people who are passionate in a specific area (e.g. jobs or education or oceans), there is no need to be passionate in all areas.
– people who have already taken action related to sustainability AND people who have NEVER taken action
– people from all world regions
– people aged 18 to 35 between 1 March and 31 July 2024
– people of different levels of education
– people who have a strong motivation to be UPG Sustainability Leaders
– people who are willing and able to take action on sustainability
– people who believe in UPG’s mission to empower people to make the world a better place through positive action.
Finally this diversity means that everyone stands a chance when we make the selection of the final UPG Sustainability Leaders. Please note that between 1 March and 31 July 2024, your age must be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 35 years. This ensures that all participants are within this age group for the duration of the training and experiences that are planned. Please also note that candidates are required to be able to speak, read and write in English as the training is conducted in English.
