In brief

The marketing, communications, and fundraising (MCF) branch of Save the Children is dedicated to building a movement of supporters in order to optimize the organization’s long-term impact. Our main goals are to increase our income, number of supporters, and communications to legislators. With an emphasis on Supporter Acquisition, this intern will assist the Supporter Growth team in achieving these objectives for the kids.

What You Should Expect to Perform (Critical Tasks & Accountabilities)

  • Supporter Purchasing
  • Help in finding content and providing creative proofs for both digital and print goods.
  • Assistance with project management for integrated marketing initiatives
  • Send in internal requests, such as those for data and creative
  • To assist with performance reporting and analysis, run reports and queries.
  • Finalize a study project to help the MCF and Supporter Growth team achieve its 2024 goals. This will include a final presentation to Supporter Growth and any other pertinent teams.
  • As required, offer assistance to other Supporter Growth teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full time in an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or other post-secondary education degree, or have graduated within the last six months of the program’s commencement.
  • Expertise in both written and spoken English
  • Expertise in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven capacity for teamwork and communication with both individuals and groups

  • Hourly wage: $17
