The DevCareer Tech Program 2023 application period is currently open. A nonprofit company called DevCareer collaborates with UK-Nigeria digital Hub to provide 1700 digital enthusiasts with upskilling opportunities through the DevCareer tech program. DevCareer’s mission is to assist the entry of minority digital talent by offering resources, scholarships in partnership with learning platforms, cultivating an inclusive community, and investigating cutting-edge strategies.
DevCareer tech program
In Nigeria, the 6-month DevCareer tech program is designed for people who want to advance their careers in software development. Software development, product management, and product design will all be covered in the program. Throughout the course of the program, mentors will offer advice and assistance.
Through a Learning Management System, this extensive program provides virtual live classes, peer learning sessions, training workshops, and visual learning resources. It places a strong emphasis on extracurricular and curricular activities, including project-based learning with hands-on activities and frequent assessments to gauge participants’ development.

Eligibility
- Regardless of gender or educational background, young people from all communities in Nigeria are welcomed to the DevCareer tech program.
- The program is designed for novice and intermediate-level techies who want to advance their fledgling careers in the fast-paced field of technology without spending any money.
Application
Participants in this program will spend an average of 15 hours per week to guided study. The 6-month program’s component is entirely online; consider the workshops, live classes, peer learning sessions, LMS, mentoring, etc. As part of the task-based approach to learning, assessments, quizzes, examinations, and projects will be given at regular intervals.
