During South Africa’s BRICS Chairship in 2018, this program was launched. The BRICS Young Innovator Prize has successfully been held in five iterations, and it has grown into a significant platform for BRICS youngsters to showcase their creative skills and deepen interactions and cooperation. Young people from the BRICS countries will compete for the opportunity to win the Young Innovator Prize.

The 7th BRICS Young Scientist Forum, which will take place in South Africa from July 31 through August 3, 2023, will include the 6th BRICS Young Innovator Prize.
