Highly gifted graduate students from outside the EU/EEA who require a residence visa to attend Roskilde University are eligible for a small number of Danish state scholarships and remission of tuition fees.

Master’s degrees are available in environmental science, global and development studies, media and communication, international politics and governance, Nordic urban planning studies, and computer science.

international pupils not residing in the EU/EEA
Scholarship amount and length:
Free of charge tuition as well as a monthly living allowance of DKK 7,800 in Denmark.
For programs starting in September, the tuition price waiver and scholarship has a maximum duration of 22 months.
You must be a non-EU/EEA citizen who must pay tuition fees and apply to one of the master’s programs that offers scholarships in order to be eligible to apply for a tuition fee waiver and scholarship.
Before January 15, 2023, for entry in September 2023, submit an online application for admission to the master’s programs by submitting a motivational letter and CV explaining your educational and professional background.
