Program Details

Hybrid Accelerator: The complete four-week program combines a six-day, in-person intensive coaching with digital periods, totalling 60–65 hours of instruction. Leaders take part in orientation, residential coaching, digital follow-up, technical help, and panel discussions designed to strengthen their advocacy expertise and technique. 

grants: After finishing the Accelerator, leaders are eligible to apply for as much as $17,000 in seed funding to launch a systems-change gender fairness advocacy challenge.

Selection Criteria
