Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 MTN Y’ello Mums Reintegration Programme. The Y’ello Mums Reintegration Programme is a one-year initiative designed to help career-oriented moms as they transition again into the workforce, following a profession break on account of childbirth or caring for a sick child or youngsters. The programme supplies individuals with a structured and supportive pathway to rebuild skilled expertise, strengthen their capabilities and efficiently reintegrate into the office.

Eligibility Requirements

• To be eligible for the programme, candidates should have between 5 and 10 years of related skilled work expertise acquired earlier than commencing their profession break.
• In addition, candidates should maintain a related skilled certification or present verifiable proof of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) e.g. current coaching, skilled programs, industry-related studying programmes, or different recognised growth actions related to their career or space of experience.
