Applications at the moment are open for the 2026/2027 UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme. UONGOZI Institute invites functions from mid-level executives working in any sector throughout Africa for a dynamic, self-paced programme, Emerging Leaders Programme. The programme, undertaken in collaboration with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, contains six modules working for a interval of six months. It challenges individuals to construct self-awareness, embrace a mindset of resilience and progress, and mobilise others to drive change. Tuition charge

Selection Criteria

• At least one 12 months of supervisory, managerial, or management expertise.
