Selection Criteria

• Be a citizen of Rwanda to learn from the nationwide scholarship quota.
• Be a citizen of any African nation, a refugee, or displaced youth in Africa.
• Academically certified, with restricted entry to Opportunities.
• Not above 28 years on the time of application, and never above 30 years for these with licensed proof of protracted life situation (refugees, single moms, in child-headed household, and so on).
• Meeting admission standards to eligible applications on the University of Rwanda.
