The St Gallen Symposium Global Leadership Challenge 2026 for emerging young Leaders (Fully Funded)

Applications are actually open for the 2026 St Gallen Symposium Global Leadership Challenge. The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) goals to assist emerging leaders develop within the knowledge and character required for accountable management that makes an actual difference on the earth — management that doesn’t merely search to fulfil private ambition however advances the widespread good. GLC is a joint initiative of the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, supported by companions.

From 10–14 December 2026, the GLC will concentrate on challenges outlined by our companions. Participants will work on real-world points and co-create affect initiatives, addressing them via the lens of accountable management and sustainability.

Eligibility standards

• You are a scholar (presently enrolled in a Masters or a PhD programme) or a young skilled (aged between 21-30 years).
• You have completed your undergraduate research.
• You have already demonstrated your dedication to accountable management via extra-curricular actions and/or work expertise.
• You are dedicated to investing round 5 half-days from 10-14 December 2025 for the GLC. Please tentatively block nowadays — your availability is required.
• Active participation in all GLC periods is necessary to obtain a Certificate of Achievement.
