Applications are open for the Leading Change Fellowship 2026-2027. The Leading Change Fellowship is designed for younger professionals and rising leaders aged 19 to 35 throughout Canada who’re motivated to create optimistic environmental and social change of their workplaces and communities.

The Fellowship is significantly worthwhile for people who find themselves early of their careers, navigating a profession transition, or seeking to deepen their capacity to create influence. They consider management takes many varieties, they usually welcome changemakers from totally different industries, academic backgrounds, communities, and lived experiences. The Fellowship brings collectively three interconnected studying areas:

• Financial Wellbeing: Build your understanding of economic resilience and discover how cash, finance, local weather, and sustainability intersect.
• Cooperation in Business: Explore cooperative and objective-pushed approaches to enterprise grounded in democracy, fairness and shared prosperity.

Eligibility

The Fellowship could also be a powerful match should you:

• are aged 19–35 and reside in Canada;
• care about creating optimistic environmental or social change;
• are early in your profession, navigating a profession transition, or seeking to develop your capability as a pacesetter;
• are interested by how sustainability connects throughout sectors and methods;
• wish to flip studying into motion; and
• are excited to study alongside folks whose views and experiences could differ from your individual.
