Responsibilities

• Continue to do the impactful work you’re already doing in your group and take your current efforts to a deeper degree of motion: domestically and globally.   
• Promote and take part in different ocean, local weather, and conservation-associated occasions in your group, nation, and/or globally all through the 12 months 
• Serve as an envoy for World Ocean Day, serving to to unfold the phrase to take motion for our ocean 
• Collaborate with different Council members and alumni, together with (however not restricted to): planning and internet hosting occasions, supporting different Council members of their efforts, creating assets, and implementing any actions that generate extra conservation motion for our ocean from youth leaders round the world 
• Provide strategic steerage for the general focus of World Ocean Day, talk about and share your opinions about numerous conservation matters, and supply concepts for alternatives that encourage extra collective motion

Eligibility

• Must be between ages 16-25 at time of application to be thought-about
