Applications are actually open for the 2026 CircularEconomy4Ghana Innovation Challenge. The CircularEconomy4Ghana Innovation Challenge is designed to assist novel applied sciences that strengthen the round financial system, improve meals safety, and construct long-term resilience inside Ghana’s agricultural sector. 

The CircularEconomy4Ghana Innovation Challenge is led by the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT via the Accelerate for Impact Platform (A4IP) and carried out in partnerships with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) / ITPO and with E4Impact, with assist of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.

Requirements

  • The programme is on the look-out for early-stage agri-tech improvements with a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP), ideally already examined with end-users.
  • Teams needs to be actively fundraising on the pre-seed or seed stage.
  • Solutions should tackle actual market wants, reply to native agricultural challenges, align with no less than one of many designated precedence areas, and ship tangible advantages to smallholder farmers and worth chain actors.
