• Has an Africa operation/Focus/Nexus with a legally registered enterprise in Africa, operational in Africa, increasing to Africa, based by or serving the African Diaspora globally, and many others)
• Early-stage startup that has not but raised greater than $1M exterior funding
• Can attend AFTSKIGALI26 in Kigali, Rwanda on 18-19 November 2026 in individual and pitch!
