Ireland Fellows Programme: Roger Casement Fellowship 2027-2028

Applications are open for the Roger Casement Fellowship 2027-2028. The Roger Casement Fellowship in Human Rights honours the Irish human rights activist Roger Casement, who spent part of his early working life in Calabar, Nigeria. The fellowship helps candidates from Nigeria to undertake a grasp’s degree course of study in Human Rights in Ireland every year.

The Ireland Fellows Programme is absolutely funded by the Government of Ireland via the Department of Foreign Affairs, with implementation help in Ireland from ICOS.

Eligibility

Applicants should:
