Applications are open for the UN Food Systems Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) 2026. Building on the success of its first cohort, the Programme is increasing its international community of rising leaders working throughout coverage, science, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and neighborhood motion to advance meals techniques transformation. Over the previous two years, YLP members have strengthened meals techniques initiatives of their nations, contributed to coverage discussions, superior analysis and advocacy efforts, and constructed collaborations that stretch throughout areas and sectors.

The YLP is greater than a coaching programme. Eligibility

Applicants ought to:

• Be between 18 and 35 years previous
• Be proficient in English
• Be a nationwide of a low- or center-earnings nation, notably in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, or Latin America and the Caribbean
• Demonstrate expertise in meals techniques, sustainable growth, local weather motion, or associated fields
• Have expertise main or contributing to initiatives inside their neighborhood, group, establishment, or sector
• Be dedicated to taking part absolutely in programme actions by 2028
