FirstBank is now accepting purposes for its 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme, designed to draw proficient young graduates throughout its African operations and construct the following era of banking leaders.

Eligibility Requirements

• A most age of 27 years by 30 June 2026
• A minimal of 5 credit (together with English and Mathematics) within the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)
• University Educational Qualification – A minimal of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any self-discipline
• NYSC (Nigeria), NSS (Ghana), NYSS (Sierra Leone) completion by 30 June 2026
