Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund. The Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund was established in 2012, with beneficiant help from The ALBORADA Trust. Eligibility Requirements

It is necessary that the funding isn’t merely used to supply providers that shall be carried out at one establishment on behalf of the opposite, and that true collaboration is demonstrated in the application.
- Both candidates have to be at post-doctoral degree or above, and by finishing an application, it’s understood that they’re each doing so with help from their Head of Department or equal.
Benefits
The Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund competitively awards grants of between £1,000 and £25,000, for:
