Applications are actually open for the 2026 Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme. The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite functions from certified young Nigerians of sound character and studying potential to undertake an intensive Twelve (12) – month Technical Skills Training Programme within the following areas:

• Mechatronics – Packaging Operations
• Mechatronics – Brewing and Utilities Operations
• Mechatronics – Corrective Maintenance
• Operational Quality
• Logistics Operations

OBJECTIVES 

This programme goals at coaching and equipping youths with entrepreneurial abilities within the above commerce areas and selling public-private Sector Model in Vocational / Technical Skills Training.

Programme Details

The programme is totally non-residential, with coaching on the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc situated in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna.  Admitted candidates will get pleasure from free tuition payment, Lunch, Stipend to offset transportation price and Free Medicals.

This programme doesn’t confer Nigerian Breweries worker standing on the trainees.

Applicants are required to own the next {qualifications}, amongst others:

· Credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

· Higher National Diploma in any of the next (For Mechatronics – Packaging, Brewing & Utilities Operations and Corrective Maintenance): Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimal of Lower credit score from acknowledged and accredited establishments.

· Higher National Diploma in any of the next (For Quality and Logistics Operations): Chemical Engineering, Biological and Physical Sciences, Food Science Tech, Laboratory Science, Applied Physics, Computer Science, with a minimal of Lower credit score from acknowledged and accredited establishments.

· Must have accomplished NYSC as of the time of this commercial.

· Must have accomplished the AI Fluency Course on International Organization of Employers (IOE) Learning Platform-
