Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Wellcome Prize for Mental Health Science. The Wellcome Prize for Mental Health Science with Nature champions new interventions that may remodel the lives of individuals affected by nervousness, despair and psychosis. One profitable crew will obtain US$1  million, with three finalists awarded US$250,000 every to speed up adoption.

Requirements

• The Prize is open to analysis groups growing new, efficient interventions for nervousness, despair or psychosis.  
• Eligible groups could also be primarily based at universities, analysis institutes, hospitals, authorities or not-for-profit organisations, or small and medium sized enterprises.  
• The Wellcome Prize welcome functions from world wide.

Benefits

• One general Prize winner will obtain US$1 million. Three runners-up will likely be awarded US$250,000 every.    
• Beyond monetary backing, the prize will present visibility, connections and sensible help to assist profitable interventions progress in the direction of adoption and coverage integration.
