Numerix Women in Finance Scholarship Program 2026 (US$20,000 for graduate-level studies) – Opportunities For Africans

Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Numerix Women in Finance Scholarship Program. As part of the continuing dedication to empowering the following era of feminine finance leaders, Numerix will award a $20,000 scholarship to at least one excellent graduate scholar pursuing a profession in finance, with one half being paid to the tutorial establishment and the opposite half being paid on to the scholar. 

Numerix will award the scholarship to a Master’s or PhD scholar in a finance-related program.  Candidates will need to have beneath 10 years of labor expertise, lower than 5 in finance, and be pursuing a profession in asset administration, threat administration, mounted earnings, or derivatives.

The Women in Finance Scholarship is aimed toward encouraging and supporting gifted girls in the sector of finance, significantly these pursuing careers in monetary asset administration, market threat administration, structured finance, fixed-income, and derivatives inside the capital markets.   

Launched in 2014 because the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship, this annual initiative is awarded to at least one eligible girl to assist help graduate-level research in Finance. 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the scholarship, you could:

• Be enrolled and attending a Master’s or PhD Finance program on a full-time foundation
• Have commenced your post-graduate Finance research no sooner than January 1, 2026 or no later than February 1, 2027
• Have lower than 10 years of whole work expertise, and fewer than 5 years {of professional} expertise in the monetary discipline
• Be a feminine citizen of any nation who’s enrolled in a post-graduate program in Finance at an accredited college
