Call for Proposals: Digital Skills for Youth Program 2026

Applications are open for the Digital Skills for Youth Program 2026. The Digital Skills for Youth (DS4Y) program will make investments $11.9 million yearly over two years, from 2026–27 to 2027–28, to assist organizations that may assist underemployed submit-secondary graduates achieve work expertise that builds their digital expertise.
Through this name for proposals, the federal government is wanting for organizations with a robust community of employers that may present submit-secondary graduates with coaching and work expertise to assist them put together for the roles of tomorrow. To cut back limitations, submit-secondary training shouldn’t be required for contributors who stay in Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
Eligibility
Open to:
- Not-for-profit organizations, together with voluntary organizations and foundations
- Municipal governments
- Indigenous organizations, together with band councils, tribal councils, and self-authorities entities
- For-profit organizations
- Public well being, instructional and cultural establishments
- Provincial and territorial governments, establishments, companies, and Crown companies
For-profit organizations are eligible if the exercise is non-industrial, not meant to generate revenue, and helps program priorities and targets.
