Applications are open for the Cumberland Lodge Fellowship 2026-2028. The Cumberland Lodge Fellowship scheme provides 10 postgraduate college students and early profession trade candidates a singular OPPORTUNITY to develop their potential as rising leaders and changemakers.

Through a two-12 months affiliation designed to suit round and improve their analysis and work, Fellows deepen their understanding of up to date social points and develop new abilities in public engagement, interdisciplinary working, management, networking, convening, and facilitating debate on a variety of matters.

Fellowship Structure

First-year Fellows:

• Annual Fellows’ Retreat (September)
• Minimum of 1 workshop or convention at Cumberland Lodge or with companions
• Contribute a weblog and/or interact on our group platform, Circle

Second-year Fellows:

• Annual Fellows’ Retreat (September)
• Minimum of 1 workshop or convention
• Produce a Dialogue & Debate webinar or podcast (individually or collaboratively)

Additionally, Fellows obtain mentoring, can develop facilitation abilities, tackle weekend duties on the Lodge, and attend free occasions like Cumberland Conversations and the London Dialogue. They cowl all meals, lodging, and London journey bills for required actions.

Eligibility

The Fellowship is open to anybody resident within the UK. You can apply as both:

• a publish-graduate Fellow, presently registered on a doctoral programme of any self-discipline at a London college during the Fellowship, or;
• an trade Fellow, inside 5 years of starting your profession. They are notably involved in functions from early profession professionals working within the tech trade, synthetic intelligence, the finance sector, the charity sector, and the inventive industries.
