Eligibility

• Be a Citizen of Morocco, South Africa, and Egypt
• Have a University diploma in a related topic
• Postgraduate diploma (e.g. MBA) is a bonus
• Have two to 5 years work expertise
• Have glorious English language expertise
• Basic data of the German language is a bonus
• Not be older than 35 years on the time of application

Selection Criteria

In addition to the above technical and academic necessities, you also needs to have the next expertise and attributes:

Language and communication expertise

• Strong oral and written communication expertise
• High willingness to be taught German

Professional expertise

• High management potential
• Strong self-motivation and self-starter mentality
• High degree of dedication, dedication and goal-orientation
• Strong capability for teamwork

Personal attributes

• High degree of enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience
• Open mindset
• Outstanding intercultural competencies
• Ability to adapt to new environments shortly
• Ability to replicate personal behaviour and bias
