The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) Fellowship is a totally funded, twelve-month management improvement programme designed to nurture Nigeria’s subsequent era of moral, visionary, and influence-pushed leaders. Eligibility

The LJLA Fellowship Programme is open to private and non-private sector candidates:

• Be a Nigerian
• Have not less than two years of expertise
• Be between 25 and 35 years previous
• Hold a minimal of a Bachelors diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Have a sound NYSC certificates or exemption certificates
• Public sector candidates (Lagos State) have to be inside grade stage 8-12
