ESD Okayama Award 2026 for Organizations worldwide ($3,000 prize) – YOA

Applications at the moment are accepted for the ESD Okayama Award 2026. The Award acknowledges excellent ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) initiatives wherever on the earth.  We sit up for receiving your purposes!

The ESD Okayama Award has been held since 2015 underneath the joint sponsorship of the City of Okayama and the ESD Okayama Award Steering Board.  The award goals to honor wonderful examples of ESD all over the world, help the actions of award-profitable challenge organizations, contribute to the unfold of ESD actions, and finally assist to attain the SDGs.

Award

US $3,000 per challenge for 1-2 initiatives.

City of Okayama will invite one consultant from every group implementing an award-profitable challenge to the City.  The invitee will attend the award ceremony (Saturday, November 14, 2026), give a presentation of the award-profitable challenge, and work together with native organizations in Okayama space.

Eligibility

• ESD initiatives which have been carried out for greater than 3 years (as of April 2026) by organizations wherever on the earth
