Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Stanbic Bank Graduate Trainee Programme. The Graduate Trainee Program of Stanbic IBTC Group has been designed to construct capability and create a sustainable pipeline in our group by growing young, proficient, skilled professionals for our future. It is an intensive program and distinctive alternative for young people who find themselves resourceful and enthusiastic about constructing a fast-tracked profession and to assist us drive our success into the longer term.

Requirements

• Applicant’s Date of Birth, Gender and Class of diploma have to be clearly acknowledged.
• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (or its equal) diploma in any course from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 5 credit (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO or its equal.
• Applicants shouldn’t be greater than 26 years of age as at engagement.
• Applicants will need to have concluded NYSC and will need to have discharge certificates in hand.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Graduates Trainees can be required to work in different work roles/ places and context with growing ranges of complexity.
• Applicants have to be enthusiastic about constructing a profession in Stanbic IBTC.
• Graduate Trainees could be primarily based in Lagos however could also be deployed to any division and places throughout the nation.
