Applications are open for the Canada’s Top 100 Women to Watch Award 2026. The Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch celebrates and acknowledges distinctive girls who’re shaping the way forward for Canada by means of management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and group influence.

This nationwide recognition highlights trailblazers throughout industries who’re breaking limitations, uplifting communities, and provoking the following era of leaders. The initiative is designed to elevate girls who’re driving change, creating alternatives, and advancing excellence in enterprise, management, and repair.

Categories

• Business/Entrepreneurship: Recognizes Black girls who exhibit innovation, management, and success in constructing impactful companies. This award celebrates entrepreneurs contributing to financial progress, group improvement, and business development.
• Professional: Recognizes Black girls who exhibit excellence, management, and experience of their professions, making impactful contributions to their discipline and provoking others by means of their success.
• Arts & Media: Highlights creativity and affect in arts, media, and leisure, honouring Black girls driving innovation, storytelling, and illustration.
• Promising Youth: Recognizes younger Black girls (18-30 years previous) who exhibit excellent potential and management in lecturers, skilled progress, or group engagement, inspiring friends and future generations.
• Sports: Celebrates excellence and dedication in sports activities, recognizing Black girls who excel as athletes, coaches, or advocates for variety in athletics.

Eligibility

• Any Black lady in Canada making a major influence or igniting change and innovation in her discipline or group will be nominated.
• Nominees should stay and work Canada (min. 5 years) to be eligible.
• While they recognize your ardour and can repeatedly acknowledge your arduous work and achievements, earlier winners is not going to be chosen.

Nomination

The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 1, 2026. Late nominations is not going to be thought-about.
