Applications are open for the Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme Fellowships 2026/2027. Singapore and ICAO established the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP) in 2001. Sponsored by the Singapore Government and in partnership with ICAO, the DCTP has been renewed for an additional three years from May 2025 to March 2028.
