Eligibility

• A related college diploma at Bachelor’s stage (peace and battle research, worldwide relations, growth research, gender research, or equal);
• At least least 2 years of demonstrated expertise (paid or voluntary) working within the fields of peacebuilding, growth, human rights, or humanitarian motion;
• Experience working in community growth and group administration in a community organisation;
• Relation-management expertise, together with sturdy coordination expertise and intercultural communication expertise;
• Commitment to domestically-led peacebuilding, decolonisation and gender fairness;
• A human-centred and empathetic strategy to your work and the folks you’re employed with;
• Excellent written and spoken English language expertise;

Desired standards:
