Applications are open for the International Water Association (IWA) Project Innovation Awards 2026. Awarded biennially on the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition, the Project Innovation Awards (PIAs) recognise and promote excellence and innovation in water administration, analysis and know-how.

Water underpins each side of human and environmental existence. The extreme water challenges dealing with the world at the moment require an unprecedented international response. Innovation performs a central function in reaching IWA’s imaginative and prescient of a world by which water is managed properly to fulfill the wants of human actions and ecosystems in an equitable and sustainable means.

The Project Innovation Awards recognise that our shared challenges may be overcome by the event and implementation of artistic water options.

Awards

• Gold, silver and bronze medals will probably be awarded for every mission class. The gold medal winners will routinely advance to the worldwide awards spherical to compete for the IWA Grand Innovation Award.

Eligibility

• Open to functions from people, corporations, organisations, public our bodies or any mixture of the above.
• Applicants shouldn’t have to be a member of IWA.

Application

You have to submit the next on the preliminary stage:

• Name and phone particulars of the entrants and/or organisation submitting the application.
• Short abstract of the mission (most 450 phrases).
