Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 CivicHive Climate Fellowship. The CivicHive Climate Fellowship 2026 is a four-month intensive fellowship programme designed to construct the capability of early-stage civic tech innovators, leaders of fledgling organisations, and local weather advocates in Nigeria. The intention is to empower contributors with the data, instruments, and strategic capability required to drive campaigns for a simply vitality transition and local weather justice.

Requirements

Applicants to the CivicHive Climate Fellowship should be:

• Preferably between no more than 35 years previous;
• Has demonstrated monitor report in local weather change, vitality transition, local weather justice, environmental safety, or associated fields;
• Is dedicated to weekly participation and project completion;
• Is keen about strengthening local weather accountability, resilience, and justice  in Nigeria;

The fellowship offers:

• Seed funding assist for promising options
• Hands-on coaching and Expert mentorship
• Weekly assignments
• A capstone challenge

The CivicHive Climate Fellowship runs from March 17 to June 18, 2026, with structured lab periods persevering with into early July and culminating in a Demo Day on July 22, 2026. The fellowship requires a weekly dedication of 4 hours, alongside assignments and the event of a capstone challenge.
