Applications are actually open for the 2026 Ericsson x  Federal Government of Nigeria x Tech Revolution Africa Connect NextGen Hackathon. The Connect NextGen Hackathon (powered by Ericsson, in collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria and Tech Revolution Africa) is a nationwide innovation initiative designed to establish, help, and scale early-stage technology startups constructing options for Africa’s most urgent challenges.

Through an intensive hackathon and acceleration program, chosen startups will obtain mentorship, publicity, and entry to strategic companions, serving to them rework concepts into sustainable, impact-driven ventures.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this system, startups should:

• Operate in Nigeria
• Possess a minimal viable product (MVP)
• Demonstrate measurable traction or pilot utilization
• Be gender-inclusive in crew composition
